All past theses are archived through the Rutgers University Library system, although they are stored in different locations based on the year of publication:

Theses from 1951-1972 are available on microfilm through the University Archives in Alexander Library. Call 732-932-7510 (University Archives Reference) and ask for the reference desk to confirm that the thesis you are looking for is available.
Theses from 1973-1981 are catalogued in IRIS, and searchable through the Rutgers University Library's website. These theses are available in the circulating collection of the library, and are catalogued using a Library of Congress call number. Searching by the author's last name or a prominent word in the thesis title is the most effective way of finding the desired work.
Theses from 1982-2005 are available through University Archives in hard copy. Call 732-932-7510 (University Archives Reference) and ask for the reference desk to confirm that the thesis you are looking for is available.
