Crystal-Barkley’s Life\Work Design™ Program
For Women Ready to Make a Difference
This program is for women leaders who want to make the next step in their life—whether retirement, career move or new life direction—the most enjoyable and effective they have ever taken. Nella G. Barkley, co-founder and CEO of the Crystal-Barkley Corporation (www.careerlife.com), along with Sandy Parker, Douglass College Class of 1975 and former VP and Treasurer of the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, will lead a limited number of participants to discover how the abundant richness of their skills can be used as tools for effecting social change ... in environments of their choosing ... and under the most favorable conditions.
According to Sandy Parker, “Crystal-Barkley’s Life\Work Design™ Program helped me clarify my life and career goals and provided the tools I needed to reshape my business career. When I retired from the business world, I revisited the program to craft a “retirement” career around my passion for inspiring women to effect social change.”
Participants will leave the five-day program having already taken the first steps toward their newly-identified goals following individually-crafted action plans. They will subsequently enjoy one-on-one coaching through the implementation process. This is a program designed for and led by women who "walk the talk." As Nella Barkley notes, “Goals are complex constructs. They don’t arrive full blown but, with coaching, they do arrive and – when they do—they illuminate every step you take in life.”
