I'm using my 30's to recover from the damages I did to my body in my 20's. I'm usually injured, but when I'm not injured I try to run about 20 miles a week.
My PR on the Central Park full loop is 42:51, which I ran in 2003; my 'modern era' PR on the full loop is 43:40, which I ran sometime in the winter of 2006. This is the last 5 kilometer race I've run; this is the last 10 kilometer race I've run.

Here I am finishing the Dexter-Ann Arbor Half-Marathon in 2003. I finished 254th. Famous philosopher Steven Darwall finished 1,358th; for a special treat, you can see Steve bare-chested here.
After two years of decadent New York life, I finally ran a race in February 2006, the Frostbite 10 mile in Central Park, in 1:14:34. I've slowed down quite a bit since 2003, but I still did beat my wife by almost a minute.
