RU Express DEBIT PLAN changes and cancellations for All Students
- Changes or cancellations for RU Express Accounts will only be accepted through Tuesday, February 5, 2008.
- Changes and cancellations will only be allowed if the account has not been used.
- All changes and cancellations must be made in person at the RU Express Office, Records Hall Room 102, CAC.
MEAL PLAN changes and cancellations for Non-Residence Students
- Reductions or cancellations will only be accepted through Tuesday, February 5, 2008.
- Cancellations for non-resident students will only be allowed if the plan has not been used.
- All changes and cancellations must be made in person at the RU Express Office, Records Hall Room 102, CAC.
MEAL PLAN changes for Residence Students
- Reductions will only be accepted through Tuesday, February 5, 2008.
- First Year students in residence halls must have a minimum 210 plan.
- Upperclass students in residence halls must have a minimum 105 plan.
- All changes and cancellations must be made in person at the RU Express Office, Records Hall Room 102, CAC.
MEAL PLAN changes by email
- Email requests to change meal plans will only be accepted between Wednesday, January 2, 2008 and Thursday, January 17, 2008.
- Email requests must be sent to ruxpress@rci.rutgers.edu Requests will only be accepted from the student, sent from a Rutgers University email account (eden for example).
- Email requests must include your full name, your RUID number, details of the change being requested, and the reason if applicable (such as moving off campus, studying abroad, etc.).
- First Year students in residence halls must have a minimum 210 plan.
- Upperclass students in residence halls must have a minimum 105 plan.
- Please wait for a confirmation email before making changes to your term bill. Submitting a request does not mean that you have been processed. If after five days, you do not hear back from us, please check back with our office or resend your request.
MEAL PLAN increases
- Increasing a meal plan may be done throughout the semester.
- Students may purchase up to any higher level meal plan by paying the difference between the plans.
- Students with a meal plan may also purchase additional blocks of meals during the semester.
- All changes and cancellations must be made in person at the RU Express Office, Records Hall Room 102, CAC.
