From a machine on the network: From any machine that is on the RUnet you can "Telnet" to rci. The commands to use Telnet differ by machine type, but in all cases you want to Telnet to the host rci.rutgers.edu.

From a campus computing center: Campus Computer Centers are available on each campus. From any of these sites you can Telnet to rci.rutgers.edu or open an Xwindow session. For details you should talk to the onsite staff at the Campus Computer Centers.
