Basic LISTSERV Commands

(from Internet Business Advantage v.1 no.5 (Sept. 1995) p.3)

SUBSCRIBE listname yourfirstname yourlastname

(or SIGNUP)

UNSUBSCRIBE listname

(or SIGNOFF)

HELP

sends a summary of basic LISTSERV commands

LIST

returns number of mailing lists

SET listname REPRO

returns messages you send to the list

SET listname NOREPRO

stops the REPRO command

SET listname NOMAIL

temporarily stops delivery of messages to your e-mail account

SET listname MAIL

restores your name to a mailing list
