Abigail's Apartment Building

text: Rough and rowdy Ralph O'Reilly lives on the ground floor. / He is the building Superintendent. / Sociable and surly, scholarly and smelly, Ralph is a quandary. / "He traffics in the underworld" says Abigail's uncle, who lives downstairs. / Abigail asks why there is traffic in the underworld. / "Demon drivers go straight to Hell" says Ralph. Ralph understands a lot. / Ralph says Abigail's uncle is an ungentlemanly ungulate and shouldn't be so unguarded. / Something unfortunate could happen. / Abigail thinks Ralph should wash his undershirt.
