An alphabetical and numerical book of saints. Poems co-written with Brian Shipley. This work, also known as Aki and Brian’s Book of Saints, originated as Aki Beam was planning a journey to Italy and studying Renaissance iconography. Inspired by the gruesome depictions of martyrdom, she Mr. B.C. Shipley, the noted science journalist, created this pocket guide in modern verse to help identify Italian religious art.
