The identification says: petty bourgeois (meshchanin) Aron' Leizer' Yankelev' Chervin', and the age is 5 months. Cause of death "zheludochno kishechn. katar", gastro-intestinal inflammation (literally - we do not know what the customary English term would be).
We have not yet understood the rest. This town is mentioned in another entry on the same page (not shown).
