Alternate Route Teacher Training

Alternate Route Teacher Training

To participate in the alternate route teacher training track, applicants must arrange a pre-application advisement session with an advisor to identify an appropriate course of study. During the pre-application advisement session, the advisor will make an initial evaluation of the applicant’s credentials and advise a course of study. Applicants may then proceed to apply to the appropriate program. The flow chart below illustrates how initiative participants progress through the programs involved and the credential awarded upon completion.
