having a successful interview. Read through the information

|
|
| |
|
| Before
the Interview |
 |
Research
the organization with whom you are interviewing. Learn
about it's history, products, competitors, industry, services,
etc. |
 |
Check
to see if the company is having an information session
the night before the interview. |
 |
Practice common behavioral interview questions and rehearse
your answers. |
 |
Don't
schedule back to back interviews at the Career & Interview
Center. |
 |
Plan
your interview outfit and make sure everything is ready
for that day. |
 |
Organize
a portfolio to bring along to the interview. This may
include work samples, extra copies of your resume, copies
of your unofficial transcript, a notepad to take notes
after the interview, and a list of references. |
 |
