FreeEDGAR Throughout the year, every U.S. public company is required to disclose critical business and financial activities to the SEC. This site gives you free access to this information including, quarterly and annual reports, mergers and acquisitions, and more.
Reference USA Reference USA is a detailed listing of 10.5 million businesses with the ability to search by company name, type of business, geography, business size and more.
Rutgers University Libraries Use the R.U. Library indexes to search for articles about perspective employers in various newspapers and magazines.

Symplicity offers two great functions to research employers: 1.) Job Research: Search the database of detailed information on hundreds of companies eager to hire you. Use it to rock your interviews and choose your employer. 2.) Ask a Recruiter: Get the right answers from the right people. Submit questions to actual recruiters.
