Human Rights for Women ‹—› Human Rights for All: UDHR60

Ways you can participate:

1. Sign the pledge to live by the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR).
2. Incorporate the UDHR theme of Human Rights for Women ‹—› Human Rights for All into your ongoing work.
3. Organize a UDHR60 event to celebrate Women’s Human Rights.
4. Use the CWGL demands and create a list of your own demands that work toward realizing universal human rights utilizing UDHR60 as a framework.
5. Attend events hosted by organizations who are participating in the UDHR60 campaign.
6. Contact organizations that are participating in the UDHR60 Campaign and urge them to incorporate a gender perspective in their event.
7. Send us suggestions of resources you think would be helpful for activists and organizations working on UDHR60, especially materials that illustrate how the UDHR can be interpreted in a more gender sensitive way.
8. Read, distribute and have discussions about the UDHR!
9. Incorporate the UDHR60 theme into your programming for the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence Campaign.
10. Contribute to the materials that CWGL will be producing by creating your own materials on a feminist interpretation of the UDHR for the 16 Days Campaign.
