During the Google Image Labeller game, rarely, occasionally, it becomes clear that the two partners are looking at completely different images. I don't know what Google learns from this, and perhaps it is simply an error on their part. Or it could measure the impatience of the players -- how long does it take to pass?

If you are lucky you will get a list of OFF-LIMITS words which will tip you off. If the off-limits list does not match the image, then try typing words that match the list rather than the image. This worked for me in the second example below.

I never got a match on this image so I thought it was a mismatch. Maybe not. But there is another image with no trees...:
