Balay is involved with strategic planning, organizational development, quality improvement for women's services at RWJUH. She is also Co-Chair and Program Director for the Women's Wellness & Healthcare Connection (WWHCC), an advocacy group at RWJUH for women seeking advice on healthy living practices, requesting a medical referral and looking to improve their overall health and well being.
