Dr. Rodgers plays a critical role in developing initiatives that will measure and improve the quality of the clinical, educational, research, community service, and administrative activities of the University. She is particularly interested in leveraging the resources of UMDNJ to improve the health status of all New Jersey residents, with special attention on minority and underserved populations.
