RICHARD ZEOLI

Richard Zeoli is founder and president of RZC Impact, a pioneering communications firm specializing in executive-level communication coaching and strategic messaging. He established RZC Impact with the goal of helping organizations become more successful through the use of effective communication. Richard offers his clients expertise gained through years of high-stakes communication. On September 11, 2001, Richard was serving as Director of Television and Radio in the Office of New Jersey Governor Donald DiFrancesco. In the aftermath of that day’s terrorist attacks, Richard played a key role in the state’s post-9/11 communications efforts.

Following his tenure with the governor’s office, Richard spearheaded communications planning for a United States Congressional candidate, contributing to the message development and execution that resulted in a 22-point general election victory. As president of RZC Impact, Richard shares these same timeless communications principles with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 executives, leaders of major corporations, and heads of large businesses and sales organizations. He has provided communications consulting in industries ranging from real estate development and hospitality to engineering, and his clients represent well-known names including JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, and Clear Channel as well as numerous businesses, organizations, and non-profit organizations.

As a speaker, trainer, and consultant, Richard has spoken before audiences ranging in size from several hundred to several thousand and has appeared nationally on ABC’s Nightline, MSNBC, CNN, C-SPAN, National Public Radio, and New York, Washington, DC, and New Jersey news affiliates. In addition, he has given print interviews to major publications including the New York Times, The Washington Post, Congressional Quarterly, the New York Post, and the Newark Star-Ledger. Most recently, he was tapped to serve as a surrogate speaker for a major presidential campaign.

Richard is the author of 7 Principles of Public Speaking, scheduled for publication by Skyhorse Publishing in October of 2008, and of the companion audio CD, which was released in 2007. Zeoli resides in Sparta, NJ.
