1999 Astrophysics Summer Institute Registration

• You will need to download the registration form from the Summer Session Home Page. If you already have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can print the form immediately. Should you need it, Acrobat Reader can be obtained free by clicking on the Adobe logo on the Summer Session Home Page.

• After you have printed out the form, please fill in Section 1, as below.

• To register for the course you must have a Special Permission Number. To obtain one, send Dr. Etkina a message to request a Special Permission Number. After you receive your number, please write the number  Section 2 of the form, next to FOR USE BY NON-RUTGERS STUDENTS. Then mail or fax the form by May 21 to:
