The Eisenhower Project On-line Forums

A new feature of the Eisenhower Project Web site is the on-line forums. The "Ike Coffee House" is a forum for all project participants across the curriculum while forums for each individual content area are also on-line, for example, the Language Arts Forum on the Language Arts 4-8 page.

Using the forums is very easy. But first you have to create a user name and password,  just as you would with an Internet Service Provider like America Online or AT&T Worldnet. Those affiliated with Rutgers University will also need to do this; the system does not recognize your existing accounts at RCI, Eden, etc. It is also strongly encouraged that you NOT use your Rutgers user name and password.

Once you have created an Ike user name and password, the system should "remember" who you are if you were to log on to the Coffee House, then log on to the Forum in your content area. Please make sure you write down the Ike user name and password! They are otherwise extremely difficult to retrieve from the system.

Once you enter a Forum, a menu bar in gray across the top of your screen should appear. That's it! Enjoy.
