Graduate students in Rutgers' Entomology program are required to submit an annual progress report before the end of May to the Graduate Student Status Committee with a copy also going to their advisor.
Instructions: Download this file to your computer (21 kb). Open it in your word processor (it is a Word document), fill it in and print it. Obtain the signature of your major advisor. Make a copy for your major advisor and send the signed copy to the Chair of the Graduate Student Status Committee. Keep a copy on your computer and use it for your annual updating.
Instructions for AY 2003/2004: The deadline for submitting your progress report is May 1st, 2004. Put it in Dr. Shearer's mailbox.
