Reports will be required for each laboratory, but the specific nature of the report may vary among instructors and/or labs. Instructions will be provided in class.

ExaminationsFive "extended" quizzes (about 1 hr each) will be given during the first hour of the lab periods indicated above. The last of these will be given during time scheduled for the final exam; there will be no cumulative final. These will cover lab and lecture material for the three weeks preceding each quiz and may include a "practical" component. 

Grading: Final grades will be based on quiz grades (70%) and laboratory reports (30%).
