Letters of Recommendation

I am willing to provide letters of recommendation for students who have worked in my research lab for at least one year (two academic terms) and have received a satisfactory rating from the lab supervisor. I regret that I am not able to provide letters of recommendation for students who have taken a course from me, or worked in my lab for less than two academic terms. Students who need letters should submit their request at least six weeks before the first letter is due. Students should provide stamped envelopes as well as addresses and deadlines for each school they are applying to. I also appreciate receiving supplementary information such as a c.v., goal statement, and writing sample.
