I'm a Rutgers College senior hoping to take what I learn from I/O
Psychology research overseas, and to combine my love of travel with a future
in Psychology.

Drew Carton
I am a senior psychology/political science double major doing my Henry
Rutgers thesis in Dr. Aiello's lab. I will do research next year and
then get my PhD in industrial/organizational psychology. I am
particularly interested in drawing parallels between people's
personalities and schemas and how they do their work. Ultimately, I
plan to consult, write, teach, and practice therapy.

John Casella
I am a junior at Livingston College working to complete a degree
in
Psychology. In the near future I will be attending graduate school to
pursue I/O or Clinical Psychology. Working with this research team will
hopefully provide meaningful insight into some aspects of Social Psych,
which could possibly help determine my future course of study. |

Kerstin Collett
I am currently a senior at Rutgers University, Douglass College majoring
in Psychology. After graduation, I plan on attending graduate school
where I will obtain masters in Applied Psychology and Mental Health Counseling.
I plan to incorporate the skills I will gain in this research group into
my graduate studies and ultimately into my future career path.

Rey Casteneda
I recently graduated from Rutgers University in January '04 with
a
B.A. in Psychology. My future plans include attending graduate school
and hopefully attaining a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
I hope to use this research opportunity as a means of exploration into
the field to gain better understanding and insight.

Sherry Estobrok
I am a sophomore majoring in psychology and contemplating a minor in religion. Through this research opportunity I am hoping to broaden my
knowlege in applied psychological practices and theory, solidify my own inclinations toward a specific school of thought, and build my resume for graduate school. Ultimately I hope to get a my PhD and become a practicing therapist.

I received my Ph.D. from Rutgers under Dr. Aiello in May 2003. I
am currently an Assistant Professor at Saint Peters College in Jersey City,
New Jersey. |

Tracy Flores
I am currently in my final year in Rutgers College majoring in
Psychology and minoring in Mathematics. I hope to use these experiences with
Dr. Aiello and the research team to integrate research and mathematics in my
future career.

Jill Grodkiewicz
I am currently a second year graduate student in the Social
Psychology doctoral program. My research interests include computer performance
monitoring and performance feedback. I am in the process of writing my masters
thesis, which examined these variables in relation to stress, motivation, and
self-efficacy. I look forward to pursuing a career in organizational
psychology, focusing on areas such as stress management, leadership/executive
development and organizational change.

I am a 5th year student here at RU. I am a Psychology Major/Mathematics
Minor, and I am going for my Masters in Education. I joined the Research
Team because I am also interested in building my knowledge of Industrial/Organizational

Jason Glushakow
I graduated Emory University in the spring with a B.S. in Neuroscience & Behavioral Biology. I am enjoying working in Dr. Aiello's research group and learning about many facets of the Social and Organizational Psychology research process in preparation for a career in the field. I have applied to 6 PhD Social/Organizational Ph.D. programs for admission in the Fall of 2004.

Haleh Hamzeh
My name is Haleh Hamzeh and I am a senior at Douglass College and
the School of Management and Labor Relations. I am double majoring in
Psychology and Labor Studies. I have high interest in I/O Psychology and
also hope to go to law school for employment law someday!

I am currently a senior majoring in Psychology, minoring in
Sociology with a Criminology certificate. Being a member of Dr. Aiello's

Team will be a great asset as I further my education toward a career in

I'm a Rutgers college junior majoring in Psychology and
minoring in Communication. Currently I am preparing for medical
school to pursue the
profession of psychiatry. As my first research experience, I hope to gain
an
understanding of the techniques used to gather and analyze data as part of the
experimental process.

psychology and a minor in law. I interned with the Superior Court Of New Jersery.
I am currently considering graduate school, possibly studying I/O Psychology.
