How to be an Effective Team Member
- There are many responsibilities and qualities of being an effective team member. Team members have provided the following points that are important in becoming an effective member of the group.
- Remember that it is a team. Each person has to carry their own weight. Be responsible.

- Be passionate about your work.

- Get your work done on time.

- Be as cohesive as possible.

- If you know that you will not be able to make it to your scheduled office hours or research hours, please find someone as soon as possible to cover for you.

- Be open to criticism. Remember, this is a learning experience for everyone in the team.

- Never hold back any crucial comments.
|
- Do not participate in social loafing.
|
- Bring up problems that came up in the lab at the meeting and write about them in your journal.
