CREDIT AND GRADES

The Program in Kenya earns 8 credits per six-week session.
Students will recieve credit for two 4 credit Rutgers Anthropology Department courses.

Field work, written examinations, lab work, hours of contact, and level of instruction meet, in full, the standards maintained at Rutgers University.

Students who participate in the program but who are not enrolled at Rutgers will receive a Rutgers University transcript at the end of the program. Transcripts will not be released until all payments have been made and debts paid. Check with your own University about transfering these credits.

Grades are based on participation, field work, written practical examinations, and lab assignments and are assigned according to the Rutgers system.
