7-Touchdown Passes in a Game
With the explosion of touchdown passes in recent decades, it is shocking that the NFL record of 7 TD passes in a game has not been equaled since 1969. Up to that point, it had occurred five times. Adrian Burk is the only quarterback to fail to throw for 400 yards on the day he threw seven touchdowns; as a matter of fact, he didn't even break 300 yards that day.
