125:583         RESEARCH READING AND HOMEWORK (Updated 12/1/06)

BIOINTERFACIAL CHARACTERIZATION

Links for lecture slides and journal papers are given below. Homework for the course involves reading of journal papers to be assigned weekly, followed by a short essay (format: single spaced; one page; figures/references on extra pages) on the principles, insights obtained, shortcomings, of the technique (discussed each week during lecture) in the context of the paper.  No formal homework may be assigned on a regular basis.

A case-study will be assigned mid-semester for individual or team report writing and in-class presentations.
