NSTM is directed by a licensed doctoral clinical psychologist with more than 30 years experience training persons with developmental disabilities and practicing applied behavior management. The staff are doctoral and pre-doctoral level professionals with extensive training in applied behavior management, developmental disabilities, counseling and psycho-educational planning.
