Satisfaction Level with Major
Academic Areas, Academic Support Services, and Institutional
Resources
The Graduating Student Opinion Survey asked
students whether they were satisfied with a number of services
offered by the university. Among students who used each service,
a majority were satisfied with all but two services. Parking
and transportation were the services with less than a majority
of users who were satisfied. Major improvements to registration,
financial aid, and campus security systems undertaken in the
last few years are reflected in greatly improved levels of satisfaction.
