The safety checklist below should be completed by the Chief Referee on the day of the regatta and returned to USRowing by within five days after the regatta. The questions are divided into Pre-Regatta and Regatta Categories. Preregatta questions are those areas that need to be confirrned before the event takes place. Regatta questions are the areas that are addressed during the regatta. NOTE: This form is to be used as a critique of how the event was run and what action or corrections need to be taken next year for sanctioning.
