below. A $5 fee for lunch, however, must be covered by a check payable
to Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and sent by conventional

The conference
is registered as a Professional Development Provider with the New Jersey
Department of Education. High school teachers and educational services
personnel who participate can receive 6.5 hours of professional development
credit. Below, please indicate your interest in receiving documentation
of your participation.
On-site registration
will be available.
Please complete the
form and mail the fee by 15 March 2001. You may pay the fee onsite,
but if so, we cannot guarantee that your lunch will be available.
Registration may
also be completed in slightly more conventional fashion by printing and
completing our mail-in form.
NOTE: Please increase
