1) Read the Instructions for Returning your Data (pdf)
2) Download the Phase 1 Data Submission Form spreadsheet to type in your data.
Phase 2 - If you surveyed for Phase 2 species, EVEN IF YOU DIDN'T FIND ANY, use one of the following spreasheets to report your data.
- Combined Phase 1 & 2 Data Submission Form spreadsheet if you surveyed for both sets of species
- Phase 2 Data Submission Form spreadsheet if you only surveyed for Phase 2 species
3) Contact or find the Trail Conference Office to return your borrowed GPS unit.
