• Aritinawa- Current status and distribution of Phoeniconaias minor in East Africa, especially Uganda
• Dellegen & Desta- A brief status report on Phoeniconaias minor in some Ethiopian Rift Valley lakes
• Nasirwa- Conservation status of flamingos in Kenya
• Rendon-Martos- Nocturnal displacement of Greater flamingos at a breeding colony in Spain
• Kessler- Development of a free-living mixed breeding colony of three Phoenicopterus taxa in western Europe
• Treep- Flamingos presumably escaped from captivity find suitable habiatat in western Europe

Last part: divide into working groups and initiate discussions on recomendations for action plan/global captive collection plan
