Program name and description: Marine Experienecs for Undergraduates. Summer internships for qualified undergraduates. Successful candidates work with faculty and staff in a graduate student atmosphere on a research topic in oceanography. Students conduct independent research projects. Stipends are available.

Students from all scientific majors are encouraged to apply, especially sophomores and juniors.
Student products:
Students prepare oral and written reports at the conclusion of the 10 week internship.
