Rockland Hammock Invasibility

           2007-present. Exploring the relative importance of species richness, density, propagule pressure, and disturbance on invasibility of rockland hammocks through various restoration treatments.

 

Cichlid-Centrarchid Competition

           2006-2007. Experimental observations of behavioral interactions and dietary overlap between native sunfishes and an invasive cichlid in the Everglades region.

 

NY-NJ Trails Invasive Plant Monitoring

           2006-present. Training ordinary citizens to collect scientific data to enable widespread characterization of plant invasions in conservation areas of the Highlands region of New Jersey and New York.

 

Key West Tropical Forest & Botanical Garden

           2003-2005. Floral Inventory, restoration of Rockland Hammock habitat, and outplanting of a critically-imperiled cactus species.

 

South Florida Habitat Restoration Monitoring

           1998-present. Restoration of native plant communities in a residential yard in suburban Miami-Dade County and ongoing monitoring of plant and animal populations in restored habitats.
