The Shared Equipment Facility in Foran Hall is a conglomeration of equipment contributed by a number of researchers in order to promote sharing and maximize the use of high tech equipment. Use of the equipment is always free with the expectation that users will contribute to the equipment service contracts and/or eventual repair costs where applicable. Currently Drs. Bini, Cohick, and Zylstra have purchased equipment to be shared in the facility. Contributions of equipment to be shared are always welcome from other researchers. Michael Murillo serves as the supervisor for the facility, overseeing use of the equipment and taking care of repairs and service when needed.
Posters are printed by the facility at the cost of paper and ink. Appointments for printing should be made well in advance by contacting Michael Murillo. Advice on setting up Powerpoint files for the best printing (margins, colors, etc.) can also be obtained from Michael Murillo.
